Initialize Network Trace

Before commencing with a trace operation, the network connectivity model must be initialized by selecting the network, selecting the stop conditions, and clicking the Initialize button.

Note: The Use Fence option can be toggled on to limit the network trace to the network area covered by the active fence.

For the Wastewater Industry Data Model, the following networks options are pre-configured for tracing:

or the Wastewater trace option, the following stop conditions are pre-configured:

None - No stop conditions

Note: The Network Trace engine is configurable and the number of network trace options and stop conditions can be modified and/or extended using the Bentley OpenUtilities Designer Model Administrator.
